Angie homeowners don't need another sales pitch about their roof — they need someone who shows up, explains what's actually wrong, and fixes it right the first time.
Nobody on our crew learned Roofing work from a training video. They learned it climbing real roofs in Angie, LA, in real weather, on jobs where a wrong call meant a callback.
Every lead technician we send to a Angie property carries current Angie, LA licensing and full insurance, and we'll produce that paperwork before you ask twice.
We've replaced enough botched patch jobs from other companies to know exactly what corner-cutting looks like a year later — drywall stains, soft decking, mold nobody can see yet.
Every lead installer carries current Angie, LA credentials.
A midnight call gets the same urgency as a noon call.
Every price is itemized, not eyeballed over the phone.
We already know Angie's weather patterns and permit process.
A roof rarely just fails one day — it usually spends months quietly showing signs that get written off as cosmetic.
The earlier one of these signs gets a proper look, the smaller the repair usually stays; waiting rarely makes a roof problem cheaper to fix.
If the water coming off your downspouts looks gritty, the shingle surface is thinner than it should be.
Shingles that curl at the edges have lost flexibility and are more likely to crack in the next windstorm.
A gap that lets light through will let rain through eventually.
A spreading brown ring on a ceiling almost always means water is tracking in from somewhere on the roof.
A slow leak or failing ventilation can quietly drive up cooling costs before you notice the leak itself.
Even a small missing section can let in enough water to rot decking in a single storm.
Not every call needs the same fix, so we scope each Angie job individually instead of running everything through one generic quote.
Below is the full breakdown of what we cover in Angie, so you can see roughly where your situation fits before you even call.
Active leaks get priority dispatch — a temporary cover first, a proper repair as soon as the crew can get materials on-site.
From a few cracked shingles to a complete tear-off, residential jobs get scoped against manufacturer spec, not a rough guess.
Flat roofs get scheduled inspections in addition to repair calls, catching ponding-water problems early.
Material selection is part of the replacement conversation, matched to your climate exposure and budget.
A proper inspection checks flashing, fasteners, ventilation, and granule wear before small issues become leaks.
If your roof has an architectural quirk, we scope it personally rather than forcing a standard fix.
Four steps, no surprises in between — here's exactly what happens after you pick up the phone.
After-hours calls still reach a live line for anything time-sensitive.
The inspection covers decking, flashing, and ventilation, not just the obvious visible damage.
Every figure is documented in writing — nothing verbal, nothing vague.
Once approved, the crew completes the work to manufacturer spec and cleans the site before leaving.
If you've been burned by a roofing company before, these are the specific things we do differently, not just a promise that we're "better."
We give you an honest arrival window instead of a vague "sometime this week."
Every estimate is itemized so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Certifications stay current so material warranties remain valid after installation.
Every job includes a written labor warranty separate from the shingle manufacturer's coverage.
We're not your insurance company, but we make that part of the process easier.
Some roofs need a full reroof; plenty just need one honest repair.
Our guarantee covers our labor specifically: if the completed work doesn't match the agreed scope, we correct it at no extra cost.
We also guarantee the number on your estimate — barring a scope change you approve first, that's the number on your invoice.
We'd rather explain a guarantee in plain language upfront than have a homeowner discover the fine print later.
If your address sits just past our standard Angie radius, dispatch can usually still work something out.
When a storm moves through Angie, LA and call volume spikes, active leaks get prioritized first while we communicate realistic wait times for everything else.
Homeowners just outside Angie proper sometimes assume they're too far for a standard visit, but our dispatch radius usually reaches further than people expect.
